All our technicians are SIOTO (Safe Inflatable Operators Training Organization) certified. 

What does this mean to you?  This means that we meet the safety requirments in place for inflatables and have completed the necessary training to become certified.

 How far in advance should I make my reservation?

 To ensure the best selection, we recommend that you reserve your equipment as early as possible. We reserve our units weeks and sometimes months in advance. We don't want you to miss out on the fun! Saturdays are our most popular day and they tend to book quickly!

 What is the rental period?

 We offer rental packages for 4, 6, and 8 hours to better meet the needs of our customers. Select the party package that meets your needs.

 How long does it take to set up the units?

 Typically it takes about 30 minutes to set up each unit and to review the safety guidelines with you. The set up/pickup time is not included in your rental period. We will set up your rental before your rental period begins and we will have everything ready for you on or before your requested start time. The renter/ or responsible adult must be present at the time of delivery.

Are the bouncers safe?

 Absolutely! If all the rules and instructions outlined on the rental contract and safety rules are followed, and the unit is supervised by a responsible adult, they are very safe. They are commerical grade quality, so your getting top of the line rental units!

 Is there a cancellation fee?

 No

 Is there a required deposit to hold my reservation?

 No, there is no required deposit to hold your reservation date.

 When is payment due and what type of payment is accepted?

 Payment in full is due upon delivery of your rental unit.  We Go Bouncing is pleased to announce that in 2012 we are now accepting major credit cards Visa, Master Card and Discover.  We also accept cash payments too.  Sorry but due to a bad apple in 2011 we are no longer accepting personal checks.   I'm sure that you'll understand and agree that we can't work for free!

What kind of power is required?

The bouncer unit must be with in 100 feet of a dedicated circuit. Do not plug anything else into the outlet or another outlet on the same circuit. A 15 or 20 amp circuit (typical for most households) is sufficient.

 What surfaces can the units be set up on?

 The best surface is a level grassy area free of rocks and other debris. However, we can set up on concrete, asphalt and parking lots, large indoor areas such as a gymnasium, cafeteria provided there is enough overhead clearance.

 How much room is needed for a bouncer?

 Our 13 x 13 x 13 Bounce Houses requires an area of about 15W x 15L x 15H for safe set up and play.

 Our slide combo units (Balloons & Castle) measure 13W x 15H x 35L and will require an area of approximately 16W x 18H x 40L to safely set up and play.

 What if it is rainy or windy?

 We Go Bouncing reserves the right to cancel a reservation, if there is heavy rains or high winds (in excess of 25MPH). We Go Bouncing also reserves the right to pick up the unit before the end of your rental time, due to inclimate weather, without prior notice. Preservation and safe operation of our units and customer safety is our utmost concern. If weather is questionable, we will call you the morning of your rental and give you the option to accept or decline the unit. If you accept and it rains, no refunds will be issued. In the case of a light rain it is the renters responsiblity to have all people exit the bouncer unplug and take blower unit indoors until the rain has stopped. Once the rain has stopped please wipe down the unit with towels. A wet bounce area will be very slippery and dangerous for children/adults to bounce in. It is against We Go Bouncing Rental Policy to allow anyone to bounce on a wet bounce surface area.

What are my (the renter) responsibilities?

You as the renter must assign a responsible adult to supervise the children while the bouncer is in use. You as the renter must make sure that you have read all of the safety rules and enforce those rules. You as the renter are responsible for the safety of the children and for the care of the equipment as outlined in the rental agreement.
